COUNTER NOTIFICATION TO CLAIMED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If a notice of copyright infringement has been filed with the website proprietor against you, the website owner will endeavor to notify you and present you with a copy of the notice of copyright infringement. If you have a good faith belief that you have been mistakenly accused, you may submit a counter notification with the website owner. If the website proprietor receives a valid counter notification, the DMCA assures that the removed or obstructed information will be renewed or entry re enabled.
